11th Cyprus (National) Business Woman of the Year Award 2017
Founded by Janice Ruffle, the prestigious event provides a platform for women entrepreneurs across Cyprus to meet, greet and share their success stories. Having reached its 11th edition, the event will take place on 29 April at Hilton Hotel Nicosia, from 7 pm to 11 pm.
Women entrepreneurs are changing the face of business and “are not afraid to acknowledge their leadership style”, the event founder says.
This year, Ms. Ruffle welcomes previous winners and newcomers on the Judge Panel consisting of Sarah Coyne, Margarita Elisova, Anna Homenko, Mila Levi, Despina Theodossiou, and Amani Vernescu. All judges are successful entrepreneurs with many years of experience on Cyprus’s business scene. Olga Balakleets will hold the position of Head Judge, while Maureen Watt will be presiding the jury and Lesley Faulkner will honourably serve as the Award Patron.

In a continuous and sustained effort to bring something new each year, the Cyprus National Business Woman Awards will include two categories this time, as follows:
The Cyprus (National) Business Woman of the Year Award, which addresses women who have established their own company or organisation in Cyprus.
The Cyprus (National) Business Woman of the Year Award, which has been especially designed for women holding top leadership and management positions either acting in freelance capacity or in a company, corporation or organisation.
